This more intensive package spans a custom schedule of weekly 1:1 sessions, often for two to three months.

The Intake Process
No stuffy intake form here; you answer some initial questions via an audio file (so feel free to take a walk or cook your favorite meal while you do).

The Kickoff: Safe Space
We meet for 30 minutes to run through the plan and align on your goals. From the start, we create a collaborative space for you to be vulnerable and dig deep while laying the foundation for progress.
step three
The First Session: Visualization
We start with a 25-minute guided meditation exercise that works via top-down mental reframing (i.e. I teach skills that help you engage with the anxieties you feel about your voice in a very controlled setting). By conditioning our bodies to feel emotions in advance, they become a little bit softer in real life. We become ready instead of reactive.

Ongoing Sessions: Retooling
Time to rewire your mind. Through the unique mental, physical, and practical approaches of the PowerSpeak method, we build your custom toolkit to bring power, control, and intentionality into the moments that matter most.
